Poland’s Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of October 23, 2019 on the protection of whistleblowers has until December 16, 2021 to implement.
The actions, or rather the lack of them, prove that the project, whose outline was created in 2018, will not live to see implementation in 2021.
