Alicja Nowak
Alicja deals with legal services for businesses, with particular emphasis on public procurement law (services for ordering parties and contractors in tenders), as well as employment and labor law (legal services for employers) and real estate law. Her background includes corporate and contract law work prior to joining GP Partners.
She volunteered with the Court Watch Poland Foundation's Legal Education Program and holds membership in the Warsaw Bar Association as an advocate trainee.

- Contractor support throughout tender processes, including bid preparation and contract analysis
- Advising employers on labour matters, including drafting and reviewing internal employee documentation, employment contracts, workplace regulations and remuneration policies
- Construction law representation in administrative proceedings
- Counsel on the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms
Alicja graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Her master's thesis dealt with private law particularities of artificial intelligence in the spectre of international organizations disputes.
