Marek Śliwiński
Marek Śliwiński is a member of the Financial Regulations team at GP Partners. Marek advises on anti-money laundering matters, banking law, payment services, as well as data protection and technology.
Before joining GP Partners in April 2021, he worked at established Warsaw law firms and in the legal department of a computer games company.
Selected experience
- Represented a client in the preparation of anti-money laundering procedures.
- Produced a legal opinion concerning aspects of data processing in a vaccination program.
- Advised clients with respect to the implementation of cloud services and data protection compliance.
Marek graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Warsaw. He participated in the lectures of the School of German Law. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Law Faculty of the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg, with a master's thesis focused on personal rights protection.
