  • Corporate: We've represented shareholders and companies in dozens of corporate disputes, including public companies, with values reaching tens of millions of euros. These disputes involved issues such as management actions detrimental to the company and shareholders, conflicts between shareholders, and breaches of investment agreements.
  • Arbitration: We've represented clients in international and domestic arbitration, including investment arbitrations, with values exceeding 2 billion euros. Also serving as arbitrators.
  • Mediation: We've represented contractors and awarding authorities in mediations before the Polish State Solicitor's Office resulting from public procurement contracts
  • Construction: We've represented a municipal utility company in a series of construction disputes totaling approximately 30 million USD. These disputes involved misleading the investor and the abandonment of construction by an unreliable public procurement contractor for significant technological elements. The disputes concerned issues of contract termination, misleading the client when entering into the contract, guarantees in construction contracts, rights to technical designs, and liability towards subcontractors.
  • IT: We've represented a global software house in an international arbitration worth approximately 40 million USD regarding a failed IT project in the financial sector.
  • Competition: We've represented a manufacturer with proprietary technology accused of stealing technology, clients, and personnel to suppress them as a competitor. We've represented a leading capital group from the food sector in unfair competition proceedings valued at several hundred million USD.
  • Big Tech: We've represented a Polish political party and its members in a case concerning deplatforming by Meta (Facebook), including obtaining a court injunction and restoring the Facebook page before the start of proceedings in merit. We've represented an individual on a pro bono basis in proceedings concerning personal data protection violations by OpenAI's artificial intelligence LLM ChatGPT.
