Border immigration crisis forces repeal of regulations in public procurement law.
Flexibility of operations and making procedures more efficient is a priority in the current security situation, according to PIS deputies.
The amendment calls for the deletion of Article 12(2) and Article 15 from the Public Procurement Law.
Attorney Jacek Liput, points out the lack of accuracy of the bill’s plan:
“From the justification of the draft, it appears that the regulation unnecessarily stiffens the evaluation process, while not contributing to its fairness and accuracy (…)”
