Biography
Łukasz advises clients in disputes and on commercial law matters. He drafts court filings and contracts, and represents clients in court, before prosecutors and before the Police. He also assists in shareholders’ meetings and drafts investment agreements.
Lukasz’s experience includes advising on regulations related to foundations and associations, and he supports various non-governmental organisations on a pro bono basis.
Łukasz gained experience in a number of other law firms before joining Gawroński & Partners in 2019.
Selected projects
- Preparation and execution of the acquisition of a subsidiary of a state-owned company in the IT sector
- Defending a foreign investor in an anti-money laundering case (USD400m)
- Preparation and execution of a strategy in a multidimensional corporate dispute between shareholders, covering civil and criminal aspects
- Participation in a complex actio pauliana case regarding the stock of a parent company in an international capital group consisting of over a dozen companies
Education
Łukasz graduated from the faculty of law of the University of Silesia in Katowice.
