Biography
Agata has been a member of the Gawronski & Partners team since January 2022. Previously, she gained experience in several reputable international law firms, as well as in a law firm specialising in immigration law. She is an apprentice attorney at the Bar Association in Warsaw and a permanent mediator.
Education
Agata graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. During her studies she was involved in the Research Club of Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration, the Research Club of New Technologies Law and the Research Club of Tax Law. In addition, under the Erasmus+ Programme, she participated in a student exchange at Kapodistrias National University in Athens.
Her master’s thesis covered the topic of the liability of a website administrator in case of violation of third parties’ personal rights by end users.
