On July 8, 2020, a national scientific conference “Drones and privacy” was held, organized by the Office of Personal Data Protection.
The conference could be followed via You Tube.
The main topic discussed at the conference was the legal aspects of drones operating in public spaces, which may or may not be used to obtain personal data, knowingly or not. The conference featured attorney Maciej Gawronski as a speaker, who in his speech addressed the issues of privacy violations via drone and related liability.
