On the pages of the portal KZBS – National Association of Cooperative Banks was published an article by Attorney Maciej Gawronski and Pawel Punda entitled. “Data Protection Inspector in a cooperative bank – status, position, role”. The article appeared in “Voice of Cooperative Banks” No. 5/2019.
The impetus for this article was the experience gathered in the course of cooperation with cooperative banks in the field of personal data protection. The authors set themselves the goal of introducing the special role of the Data Protection Officer operating within the structure of a cooperative bank
