The rp.pl portal has made available an interview with legal counsel Jacek Liput, who takes up the position of Counsel and head of the public procurement law practice at Gawronski & Partners. In a conversation with Marek Domagalski in the program “#RrzeczoPrawie”, the topic of the conversation was, of course, the new public procurement law. Attorney Jacek Liput answered questions mainly related to the electronification of tenders, the preparation of the e-procurement platform, and also, very interestingly, about the impact of the pandemic on the acceleration of the technological processes of public procurement.
