Restitution recovery practices do not have a regulating law, which contributes to a free, often unethical choice of methodology.
In 2017, the Ministry of Justice officially announced the introduction of a resolution to organize the recovery market, however, to date, with no effect.
Attorney Maciej Gawronski, speaks on the topic, commenting on the persistent harassment of debtors:
